Refund Policy – Campaign Craft

Campaign Craft provides professional digital marketing strategy, campaign management, and creative services under agreed service terms. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all service fees, deposits, and consultation charges are non-refundable once work has begun or deliverables have been provided.

If you believe you were billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact us at info@campaigncraft.cc. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved solely at the discretion of Campaign Craft.

We reserve the right to update service pricing, project fees, or related charges at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will apply only to future projects or billing cycles and will not affect amounts already invoiced or paid.

If your services are suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions or contract obligations, refunds or credits will not be issued for any remaining or unused services.

Additionally, Campaign Craft does not provide compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for delays, modifications, or discontinuation of services unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
