Cancellation Policy – Campaign Craft

You may cancel a scheduled project, service package, or ongoing marketing plan by providing written notice before work begins, your campaign launches, or your renewal date. Cancellations requested after work has started—or too close to the scheduled start—may incur cancellation fees as outlined in your proposal or agreement.

If access to our services is terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions or violation of your contract, refunds or credits for unused services will not be provided.

When services are cancelled or terminated, related project files, reports, or account records may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to save or request important documents—such as invoices, reports, creative assets, or campaign deliverables—prior to cancellation being finalized.

Campaign Craft reserves the right to adjust, pause, or discontinue any service, package, or pricing at our discretion, with or without prior notice. Refunds in these cases will only be issued if explicitly stated in a written agreement.
